Mario Testani, BA. MPA, RCC, AAMFT, Clinical Member
Mario is an associate in the trauma debriefing team at Easton-Snelgrove, Inc. He facilitates critical incident stress debriefing for those who have experienced traumatic events in their lives.
Mario has been a therapist for over 15 years. He has been in private practice, in schools, government and non-profit agencies. Mario specializes in working with couples, multi-stressed families, children and adolescents. Particular focus on interpersonal skills, step families, parenting, anger, depression, grief and work related stress. Also, Mario provides counseling services to developmentally disabled adolescents and adults.
Mario has a Bachelors degree in psychology from Concordia University and a Masters degree with a major in clinical counseling from New York Institute of Technology and Long Island University in New York. In addition, he has training in Rational Emotive Therapy and has completed a post-graduate AAMFT approved program in couple and family therapy.
Mario maintains membership in several professional organizations. He is a registered clinical counselor (RCC), a member of the BC Association of Marriage and Family Therapists (BCAMFT) and the American Association of Marriage and Family Therapy (AAMFT).
